Responsabilities

Maintenance of the building
Perform according with the plan Maintenance on the building/utilities equipment and keep up-to-date the records of interventions (compressors, nitrogen generators, dryers, osmosis equipment, cooling tower, generators, rooftops, heating/cooling devices, etc)
Maintenance and keep up-to-date the records of interventions (planned and service) for logistics equipment (forklifts, electrical pallets, cranes, etc.)
Fixing maintenance issues internally or via contractors
Execute legal procedures for authorizations related to building
Maintain relation with local authorities
Maintain relation with entrepreneurs
Assist installation works, if necessary (electrical, thermal, water, etc.)

Requirements

Engineering degree (civil engineering, electrical engineering)
Experience: minimum 3 year on a similar position
Good PC skills
Good English knowledge
Good communication skills
Result oriented, precise and accurate, well organized
Dynamic, disciplined, correct
