Responsible for managing and developing long-term relationship with the key company customers. By building and maintaining client satisfaction, driving business growth and maximizing long-term profitability, you will achieve the short and long-term business goals, selling the wide Euromaster assortment of power tools, accessories, hand tools and workwear.

Your role:

• Selling the company assortment products through the KA sales channel, in accordance with the standards and commercial policy;
• Promotion of the company's brands, in the network of store chains, both international KA operating on the national territory, as well as local KA;
• To analyse the assortment categories, both for existing listings and for the purpose of new listings;
• To keep in touch with the buyers and other customer key people, holding periodic meetings and discussions;
• Good management of the customer SL penalties, in order to keep them at minimum level;
• Achieving the sales target;
• To analyse the existing company stocks and take actions for optimizing them;
• Tracking of the items listed on each assigned client;
• Periodic price checking;
• Building and managing the activities plan for the KA channel;
• Invoiced prices checking;
• Periodically checking of the customer stocks, supporting the sell-out;
• To offer support for diminishing the customer over dues;
• To monitor the competition in the KA channel;
• To work in synergy with the Euromaster team, to ensure optimum processes related to your activity.

Required experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the field of power tools, hand tools, accessories or workwear;
• Proven track record of sales skills;
• Good knowledge of the tools and accessories market in Romania;
