Join NCT Consultants, a leading international organization at the forefront of defense, security, and CBRNe readiness. We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious individual to support our CEO and manage international event operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a foundation for a future leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the CEO's operational right hand, ensuring actions, deadlines, and follow-ups are meticulously tracked.
- Prepare, check, and validate documents, purchase orders, and logistics.
- Assist in planning and executing international conferences and NCT PRO Challenge events.
- Create and manage timelines, checklists, and packing lists to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Provide on-site support to the CEO during events as needed.
