What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Data Analyst who is eager to grow professionally and join our dynamic team.

Requirements

·        University degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering) - mandatory.

·        Advanced knowledge of Excel (tables, advanced formulas, pivot tables).

·        Experience with Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.

·        Analytical mindset and comfort working with large sets of numbers.

·        Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, punctuality.

·        Stable residence in Bucharest.

Responsibilities

·       Data extraction and integration: Pulling data from various internal and external databases and spreadsheets to support team projects.

·        Data cleaning: Identifying and fixing errors, duplicates, or missing information to ensure high data quality for analysis.

·        Data analysis: Analyzing datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and patterns

·        Data reporting and visualization - Designing clear charts and interactive dashboards to make complex data easy for the team to understand.

·        Collaborating with the team to resolve data-related issues.
