• Chronologically and systematically record financial and accounting operations.
• Register supplier invoices in the accounting system and verify the accuracy of received documents.
• Reconcile balances with suppliers and monitor payment deadlines.
• Issue invoices to clients and reconcile client balances.
• Record bank statements in the accounting system and perform daily bank balance reconciliations.
• Verify and record expense reports according to internal procedures.
• Check and reconcile monthly trial balance balances.
• Participate in the monthly and annual financial closing.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with current fiscal and accounting legislation.
• Archive supporting documents electronically and physically.
• Identify and propose solutions for process improvements.
• Provide support in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
• Prepare internal financial reports for management.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree in economics/accounting, at least 5 years of accounting experience, solid knowledge of Romanian accounting and fiscal legislation, practical experience with SAP, and proficiency in PC operations (Excel, Word, etc.). Attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
