E-commerce Operations Manager

Founded in 2012 in NYC, Irresistible Me is a fast-growing, US-based DTC brand specializing in premium hair extensions and wigs.

To support our growth, we are looking for a talented Operations Manager to lead our existing team and optimize our end-to-end operations — overseeing inventory planning and 3PL performance, customer service, and product quality management.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Irresistible Me’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will report directly to the CEO and manage an experienced team, including two Supply Chain Associates and a Customer Service Manager.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact. We see this position as a stepping stone towards a future Head of Operations / COO role. We are looking for a high-potential candidate looking to accelerate their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day E-commerce operations, including inventory management, quality control, order processing, fulfillment, and customer experience.
• Lead all future operations-related projects. (e.g. opening a California 3PL location, implementing new retail distribution channels, supporting future international expansion, etc.)
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally in DTC / e-commerce.
• Master's degree from a top University (Business, Engineering, or other).
• Strong analytical skills, including inventory planning, cost analysis, and forecasting.
• High ambition, ownership mindset, and a desire to grow into a key contributor within a fast-growing, high-performance company
