• Multi-Channel Management: Lead the presence of Aosom brands (such as Outsunny, HomCom, and PawHut) on major Romanian marketplaces, including eMAG and Decathlon, ensuring brand consistency and high performance.
• Advanced Listing Management: Create and manage complex product listings, including composite SKUs (composed items) and ensuring correct Master SKU associations.
• Technical Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory synchronization across platforms with a focus on technical attributes such as lot tracking (Y/N) to ensure precise stock management.
• Content & SEO Optimization: Enhance product titles, technical descriptions, and visual assets to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
• Strategic Advertising: Develop and manage targeted ad campaigns (PPC) within marketplace platforms to maximize ROI and visibility.
• Business Development: Proactively identify and launch Aosom products on emerging Romanian marketplaces and sales channels.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis on pricing and promotional trends to maintain our competitive advantage.
• Performance Reporting: Analyze sales data and channel profitability, providing detailed reports to the Sales Manager and Global HQ.

• Experience: 2+ years of proven success managing high-volume product listings in an e-commerce environment.
• Technical Expertise:
• • Proficiency with marketplace backend systems (e.g., eMAG Marketplace).
  • Understanding of logistics data structures, specifically regarding lot tracked products and composite/simple item headers.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large-scale data manipulation and reporting.
