Join our dynamic team at SOFMEDICA Ventures, a leader in innovative medical technologies across Europe. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Support Representative to enhance our revolutionary surgical training platform. Based in Bucharest, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have exceptional experiences.

  • Provide first-line support to customers in Romania via phone, email, and chat in both Romanian and English.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Guide customers through product setup and usage of the SOFMEDICA platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or engineering teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Contribute to support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and participate in ongoing training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, life sciences, or healthcare preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM and sales tools.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting methods.
