What you will do in this role  

• As a Customer Advisor in Sports domain with German and English on our team, you will:  
• Analyze and manage customer requests via chat, email and voice. 
• Respond promptly to queries and suggestions 
• Provide chat, email and telephone support 
• Continue to learn and develop your career through our ongoing training programs 

Your qualifications

• You are proficient in German both written and spoken (native ideal) with English (B2) 
• You are proactive, motivated and solution-oriented 
• You have good PC skills 
• You are available to work in shifts from our office in Timisoara 
• Nice to have: passion in sport domain will be an asset
