Join our dynamic team as a Casino Manager, where you'll lead and inspire our Casino Department on board. Your role will focus on ensuring smooth casino operations, achieving revenue and guest satisfaction targets, and maintaining compliance with gaming regulations. You'll also build strong relationships with our Casino VIPs and manage the performance of our dedicated Casino Staff.

• Oversee casino operations to meet established revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming rules and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with Casino VIPs.
• Manage financial aspects, identifying cost efficiencies and promoting revenue growth.
• Lead a multicultural team with strong management and communication skills.
• Deliver superior customer service and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Plan, coach, organize, and evaluate casino staff performance.
• Utilize intermediate computer software skills for operational efficiency.
• Apply basic accounting principles for financial management.
• Manage international staff positively, motivating and developing employees.
