As a Romanian-English speaking Digital Sales Representative working onsite in Krakow, Poland you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.In this role, you'll bring your passion to maximize results and build sales opportunities, by providing services that enhance and build relationships with current and future customers. Focused on achieving revenue quotas, you'll provide professional customer service to commercial, public sector or consumer customers.During a Typical Day, You'll<ul><li>Establish and maintain long-term business relationships (from 3 to 9 months) with new clients</li><li>Develop customized online advertising strategies for individual new and existing clients</li><li>Provide guidance to clients on Google Ads-related matters, including proposing new solutions, negotiating offers, and educating them about Google Ads products</li><li>Manage all aspects of Google Ads, including campaign setup, rebuild existing campaigns, and monitor, optimize, and report on results</li><li>Sell Google Ads products and solutions (inside sales, upselling, cross selling), continuously analyzing results to ensure the achievement of set goals</li><li>Collaborate with employees from various departments to prepare solutions for clients and develop their campaigns during the customer service period</li><li>Meet your personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team player contributing to the overall team sales targets</li></ul> What You Bring to the Role<ul><li>Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Romanian and English</li><li>An aptitude for sales and marketing</li><li>Tech-savvy and understanding of marketing and advertising principles</li><li>Reside in or ability to relocate to Krakow, Poland</li></ul> What You Can Expect<ul><li>A culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement</li><li>Base salary of 9000 - 9500 Gross PLN, plus bonus opportunities</li><li>A healthy benefits package which includes (to name a few):Private Luxmed medical care including dental care and eye care plan (glasses reimbursement)</li><li>Multisport Card</li><li>Flexible working hours and additional days of annual leave</li><li>Paid relocation</li><li>1000s of career development opportunities include language course partial reimbursement program as well as tuition program for sales courses and studies</li></ul> A Bit More About Your RoleWe'll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible whether through voice, chat or email interactions.
