Join Cyber Dacians, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Strategic Business Development Manager. We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive our commercial growth in cybersecurity services and product-led engagements. This part-time role offers the flexibility of remote work for EU-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic business initiatives for cybersecurity consulting, penetration testing, and compliance support.
  • Lead StageOne-based red teaming and security validation projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise and institutional clients.
  • Leverage professional networks to identify and pursue qualified opportunities.
  • Guide the commercial lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract execution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to shape proposals and delivery models.
  • Contribute to commercial strategy and market positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development within cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, including offensive security concepts.
  • Existing network of professional or enterprise clients.
  • Experience with international clients and cross-border engagements.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional credibility.
