Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager HRBP for Business Units in the EMEA Region. This strategic role involves partnering with senior leaders to drive talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across our client groups. You will play a key role in aligning global HR initiatives with regional needs, ensuring a high-performance, inclusive culture.

• Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with regional leaders to design HR strategies that enhance organizational capabilities and align with global priorities.
• Talent Management & Development: Implement global talent programs, identify high-potential talent, and build succession pipelines.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Oversee employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and champion a high-performance culture.
• Organizational Effectiveness: Lead change management initiatives and collaborate with finance to align workforce plans with business priorities.
• HR Operational Excellence: Utilize data-driven decision-making and collaborate on HR metrics to monitor trends and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with 7+ years of HR leadership experience. Proven success in strategic HR business partnering and talent development. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills are essential. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages being a plus.
