Your Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting, providing insights to support financial planning.
• Collaborate with various teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors for a smooth audit process.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; ERP systems experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges.
