Join Hytera, a global leader in two-way radio communications, as we seek to expand our team in Romania. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in the PMR industry or a CCTV background to drive sales activities for our innovative Hytera product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and establish effective partnerships.
• Create and manage a robust sales pipeline across targeted markets.
• Collaborate with existing partners to enhance product distribution and generate sales opportunities.
• Drive significant margin growth from both new and existing clients.
• Forecast sales deliverables and future projects using market analysis and client demand insights.
• Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.
• Stay informed about new and emerging trends impacting sales activities.
• Work towards exceeding sales revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in the PMR or telecommunications industry.
• Proven success in sales or key account management roles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Confidence in delivering client presentations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile business environment.
• Strong analytical skills to support business opportunities and forecasting.
• Highly motivated and resilient.
• Fluent in English and another European language.
