Role Responsabilities: 

• Is responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring the company's health & safety strategy and the quality management system.
• Obtaining authorizations, accreditations and certifications to ensure the fulfillment of requirements regulated and assumed for the Management system;
• Implementation and application of the policy in the field of quality and the objectives related to quality;
• Elaborates quality management system documents and all systems Applicable;
• Updates the quality system in accordance with the new regulations in the field and with the requirements contract suppliers:
• Plan, organize and perform internal audits;
• Proposes corrective measures to solve the non-conformities identified during the time external audits performed by contract suppliers:
• Check the solution of the corrective actions initiated as a result of the audits:
• Organizes, prepares and ensures the analysis carried out by the management and recording its results;
• Plan, organize and carry out training related to the management system;
• Ensure  the training of the entire staff of the organization, in order to know, apply and maintaining the required level of policy and objectives
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HS policies and procedures
• Promote employee health and well-being through programs such as ergonomic assessments, health screenings, and mental health support.
• SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK responsibilities: 
• To correctly use machines, equipment, tools, hazardous substances, transport equipment and other means of production;
• Not to take out of operation, modify, change or arbitrarily remove their own security devices, especially those of machines, equipment, tools, technical installations and buildings, and to use these devices correctly;
• To inform the manager of the workplace and/or the employer of the accidents suffered by himself or by another employee;
• PSI responsabilities:
• To comply with the rules and measures of fire protection, brought to his attention in any form, by the employer or by the persons designated by him; 
• Not to carry out unauthorized maneuvers and modifications to the technical means of protection or intervention for extinguishing fires
• To keep and fill in the individual training sheets up to date; 
• To comply with the established rules regarding smoking, the use of open fires and the execution of dangerous works.
• To fulfill the measures of the fire defense plan on time and to immediately notify the hierarchical managers in case of notification of a fire emergency, explosions or other such events.

• Auditor Intern/Extern (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001):
• Curs de Auditor Intern IFS
• Curs de Auditor Intern ISO 22000:2018
• analytical thinking and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of English 
• Experience working in Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive, Meet)
