We are an international company in the automotive supply industry, providing our customers with high-quality solutions in quality assurance, technical support, and project management. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated Onsite Representative (m/f/d) based in Timisoara - Romania.

Your responsibilities:

· Act as the communication and technical interface between our company and the customer on-site

· Provide support for quality and production issues directly to customer

· Analyze and coordinate customer complaints and initiate corrective actions

· Support new product launches from development to serial production

· Collaborate closely with internal departments (Quality, Development, Production)

Your profile:

· High School or University, ideally degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification (e.g. mechanical, automotive, or electrical engineering)

· Interest and/or experience in the automotive industry, ideally as a Resident Engineer, Quality Engineer, or Project Manager

· Basic knowledge of production quality processes

· Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

· Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English
