Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including accommodation) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform makeup and hairstyling activities according to company standards, including tattoo coverage, ensuring a flawless appearance on camera.
• Proactively retouch makeup and hairstyles as needed; maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of work tools and workspace.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and accessories; ensure proper storage and use of equipment.
• Train employees on company standards for appearance; communicate effectively through company channels to track and report on makeup and hairstyling activities.
• Create a positive experience for employees by maintaining a friendly attitude and using appropriate language during interactions.
• Respond promptly to requests and issues communicated through company channels during working hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• English or Romanian
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in makeup application and hairstyling.
• Must hold a diploma or professional certification in hairstyling and/or make up or another related artistic field.
• PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively.
• Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage diverse personalities and environments.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and address issues efficiently.
