We are recruiting a Junior Controller for our client, a multinational company based in Lugoj.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation of monthly reports as well as in planning and budgeting processes;
• Conduct variance analyses and actual vs. target comparisons for the management;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, controlling tools, and KPIs;
• Ensure data quality and consistency in relevant systems;
• Provide support for internal projects.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education in Business Administration;
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Well versed in MS Excel, experience with SAP FI/CO - is an advantage;
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a high affinity for numbers;
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style;
• Team player with commitment and a strong hands-on mentality;
• Good command of English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
