Join ACCEL Schools, a leading network of over 100 public charter schools, and make a difference in the lives of students across the United States. We are seeking passionate Elementary School Teachers to join our team in Ohio for a three-year cultural exchange program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, adapting as necessary throughout the school year.
• Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse needs of all students.
• Maintain comprehensive records of student progress and development.
• Apply research-based best practices in daily classroom instruction.
• Manage classroom behavior to foster a positive learning environment.
• Utilize approved curricula that reflect students' diverse backgrounds.
• Implement school-wide culture expectations and norms.
• Communicate with families about their child's academic and social-emotional growth.
• Incorporate technology into daily classroom practices to enhance learning.
• Participate in planning and executing non-instructional activities as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Education with a relevant concentration.
• Minimum of five years of full-time teaching experience outside the US.
• Valid teaching license and qualifications to teach in your home country.
• Current teaching position in a primary or secondary school in your home country.
• Ability to pass an international criminal background check.
