Join our dynamic team at ISSA Estate, where luxury meets exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated HR Payroll & Admin professional to support our human resources and payroll operations. This role is full-time, on-site, with travel availability to Cluj Napoca and Turda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate monthly timesheet verification, including approvals, leave records, and overtime.
  • Apply knowledge of labor laws relevant to personnel administration and payroll processes.
  • Support salary calculations and maintain up-to-date employee documentation, such as contracts and job descriptions.
  • Manage documentation for hiring and termination processes, including probation forms and clearance notes.
  • Organize and update personnel files in compliance with legal and internal procedures.
  • Assist in compiling information related to leave, special events, and other employee-related documents.
  • Prepare documentation for foreign worker immigration processes and provide employee documents upon request.
  • Support annual HR processes like performance management and training, and contribute to HR metrics reporting.

Requirements:

  • Completed economic studies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, focusing on payroll and personnel administration.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR policies and processes.
  • Experience with immigration/onboarding of foreign workers is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software, such as Win Mentor.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and interdepartmental collaboration abilities.
