AQP Lead is responsible for driving Projects Quality within the Region, coordinating Advance Quality Engineers activities and overlooking Projects Quality performance / KPI throughout the development phase till production rump up is completed.

Knowledge

• University degree in Engineering;
• Knowledge of Automotive industry ;
• Advanced Quality Planning and Tools, Quality Tools Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma ;
• ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Customer Specific Requirements (appropriate certifications) and Customer Requirements;
• PC user (MS Office);
• English knowledge – level C1 ;
• Driving licence Skills;
• Leadership;
• Quality planning ;
• Advanced projects and customer-oriented ;
• Technical knowledge / background;
• Negotiation, presentation and communication skills;
• Working cross-functional ;
• Independent judgement and auditing.

Problem solving Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Automotive industry Quality and 2 years in Advanced Quality Planning.

Key Activities

AQE TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Lead and coordinate AQE activities, support team members in facing and resolving rising risks
• Mentor, coach and develop Region AQE skills and capabilities;
• Escalate to Regional Quality Managers / Directors critical issues ;
• Conduct Region AQE team and organization gap assessment in term of available resources / skills and develop action plans to address and close gaps;
• Coordinate BCS AIS Quality organization to support Projects development and following up Quality tasks timely.

PROJECTS QUALITY MANAGEMENT

• Coordinate and overlook Region AQE activities and workload, provide support to the team and lead resolution of priority tasks, major risks and internal / Customer escalations ;
• Track and review Region Projects Quality performance / KPI and develop action plans to achieve targets, commitments and improvements, as required;
• Audit AQP deliverables to ensure those are properly documented by Project team and AQE;
• Audit AQP List of Deliverables upfront each Projects Gate Review and sign it off if all requitements were fulfilled and consistency is proven.

MONITORING AND REPORTING

• Monitoring Region Projects Quality performance / KPI · Properly documenting critical issues and rising risks and escalate it to BCS AIS senior management to ensure adequate awareness and proper actions, as appropriate.
• Drive action plans to address and resolve critical issues and rising risks.
