What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all our entities (Romania, Poland and Belgium).
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Responsibility for balance sheet and P&L statement, cash flow.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audits.
• Group reporting.
• Enforcing the internal control throughout daily operations. 
• Involved in process design in a new SAP project.
• Contact person for banks, authorities, auditors.
• Role in strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, SAP and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication abilities.
• Strategic thinking, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ethical judgment & Integrity.
• Fluent in English; German language is an advantage.
