As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and coordinating key activities. This part-time, on-site position in the Floreasca area offers flexibility and the chance to be part of an exciting new venture aimed at helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Romanian suppliers
- Organise the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and follow-ups
- Identify problems proactively and propose structured solutions
- Support operational tasks across multiple projects
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Romanian
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfortable handling sensitive information
- Ability to commute to the Floreasca area regularly
- Experience in administrative or support roles is a plus
