We are excited to welcome a dynamic Event Manager to our Bucharest team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional B2B experiences in the finance innovation space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers, guests, and key participants, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the event process.
• Manage key accounts and client relationships by prospecting, pitching, negotiating sponsorships/partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction with tailored event solutions.
• Lead the entire event production and operations process, including venue scouting, technical setups, logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, community, and events teams to align client needs with event content, speakers, branding, and engagement strategies.
• Innovate with event technology and account strategies to enhance our offerings and adapt to fintech trends.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B, finance, or innovation sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing accounts, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a proven track record in logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution.
• Creative mindset for developing engaging activations and content.
• Self-starter who thrives in a small, high-energy team and is comfortable with travel and flexible hours during event peaks.
• Native-level English and fluent Romanian.
