Responsabilitati:

Inregistrarea corecta a facturilor furnizorilor in sistemul intern;
Verificarea detaliilor facturilor pentru asigurarea acuratetii informatiilor;
Descarcarea facturilor furnizorilor din sistemul SPV;
Verificarea concordantei dintre facturile descarcate si cele primite fizic sau prin email;
Înregistrarea corectă a plătilor în sistem;
Clasarea și indosarierea documentelor contabile atat fizic cat si electronic;
Generarea rapoartelor solicitate de către șeful ierarhic;
Oferirea de suport ca back-up pentru colegii din department.

Cerinte:

Studii superioare de specialitate;
Experienta pe un post similar reprezinta un avantaj;
Cunostinte de limba engleza nivel mediu-avasat;
Cunostinte operare PC (word, excel);
Persoana ordonata, atenta, spirit practic si operativ;
Abilitati de lucru atat individual cat si in echipa;
