Join our team as a Store Manager and lead the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service. You will play a crucial role in representing our brand and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

• Coordinate daily restaurant activities and manage the team effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Harry Ramsden’s brand standards for product quality, customer service, and location image.
• Develop and motivate the team through training, mentoring, and planning.
• Maintain health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Monitor operational and financial performance.
• Control costs, waste, and losses.
• Manage cash and adhere to financial procedures.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO procedures and product shelf-life guidelines.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum 5-star EHO rating.
• Report and escalate operational or quality issues to the Operations team.
