As a part of our Wholesale Banking Relationship Management team, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in sector, industry, and product knowledge to foster and expand relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex corporate customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs and achieve financial and non-financial targets.
  • Monitor industry developments and advise clients on potential impacts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, recommending improvements to operational support.
  • Engage with clients and attend industry events, requiring travel.

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in relationship management, preferably with large corporates.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing complex corporate client portfolios.
  • Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and business opportunity identification.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic industry.
