Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable services for AI workloads.
• Enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Integrate with existing AI/LLM systems.
• Work on LLM behavior tuning and evaluation.
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with the product team to transform ideas into features.
• Debug production issues and improve observability and alerting.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and iterate quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in building production systems.
• Strong backend and cloud fundamentals, with technologies like Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Startup mindset: ownership, speed, curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a small, collaborative team.
