Join Voltlink, a leader in smart energy management and sustainable solutions, as a Software Engineer. We are dedicated to optimizing energy efficiency and promoting renewable technologies. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) platform, focusing on scalable software components for forecasting, optimization, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software components for energy management and VPP platforms.
- Build data pipelines, services, and APIs to support forecasting and optimization workflows.
- Collaborate with business and SCADA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate and maintain machine learning models within production systems.
- Work with time-series data related to energy production and consumption.
- Write clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code.
- Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python, C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Experience with data analysis and machine learning libraries.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to analyze datasets and perform data preprocessing.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, is a plus.
