Join Astoria Cyber, a dynamic and fast-growing technology company at the forefront of energy, software, and cybersecurity. We are expanding our presence in Romania and Eastern Europe and are on the lookout for a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and business development activities in the Romanian energy market.
• Promote and sell software and SaaS solutions for SCADA, BESS, and energy operations.
• Introduce cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure projects.
• Build and nurture relationships with IPPs, developers, EPCs, utilities, and integrators.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including meetings, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Identify new customers, projects, and partnership opportunities.
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in energy sector sales.
• Background in SCADA or energy storage (BESS) sales.
• Experience in selling technology or software-based solutions.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage large accounts.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
