As part of our Employee Support department, you will play a crucial role in processing worker information accurately and efficiently, contributing to our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage assignment details, including new assignments, extensions, rate changes, and terminations.
• Set up worker records and integrate new purchase ledgers into our system.
• Address a variety of queries through our dedicated inbox, adhering to service level agreements.
• Complete, sign, and return necessary assignment documents.

Ideal Experience & Competencies:

• Business-related degree or at least one year of experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive and resourceful attitude.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and strong critical thinker.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
