Join our dynamic team as a Media Buyer and take the lead in managing and scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, specifically tailored for the EdTech sector. We are seeking a performance-driven individual with a passion for lead generation and campaign optimization.

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate high-quality leads with optimized cost per lead and return on investment.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and funnel setup.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
• Monitor ad performance and manage budget allocation daily.
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and Conversion Tracking.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams.
• Scale profitable campaigns and pause underperforming ones.

We are looking for candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads, proven lead generation expertise, and preferably EdTech experience. A strong understanding of campaign structure, scaling, funnel optimization, and key performance metrics is essential. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Pixel, and Conversion API is a plus.
