• Facilitate communication and alignment between Romania and the Netherlands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in people management with at least 3 years in software development and distributed teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with excellent communication in Romanian and English.
• Empathetic, proactive, and strategic mindset.
• Based in or near Bucharest.
