Join our dynamic team as a Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in ensuring legal and compliance excellence across our operations. As part of our team, you will:
- Manage compliance and corporate governance matters to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Assist the Procurement department in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for goods and services.
- Support the Finance department with financing agreements, including loans and performance guarantees.
- Review and negotiate insurance contracts related to company operations.
- Draft and negotiate contracts with partners and government entities.
- Provide accurate and timely legal counsel on a variety of topics to the management team.
- Collaborate with external parties, including external counsel and legal teams of clients and suppliers.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law with strong academic credentials.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a law firm.
- Expertise in corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Proficient communication skills in Romanian and English; Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
