Join our team as an HR Admin Specialist and play a pivotal role in managing employee documentation and data. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems and compliance with legal requirements.
Prepare and verify individual employment contracts, ensuring readiness for signature and distribution.
Review and manage contractual amendments, including addendums and terminations.
Update employee and contract data in the HR system, including Revisal submissions.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare daily headcount reports.
Issue employee certificates and legal documents as needed.
Support document distribution to employees.
Manage cases related to maternity and childcare leave, ensuring compliance with state authorities.
Prepare economic and financial reports based on management requests.
Handle monthly salary increase reports and related documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Admin Specialist.
Strong knowledge of HR legislation and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR platforms like Revisal.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
Intermediate English proficiency.
