As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and coordinating key activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Romanian suppliers
• Organise the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and follow-ups
• Identify problems proactively and propose structured solutions
• Support operational tasks across multiple projects

Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Romanian
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Comfortable handling sensitive information
• Ability to commute to the Floreasca area regularly
• Experience in administrative or support roles is a plus
