💡 What you’ll do

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the trusted voice of DKV for our customers. Every interaction is a chance to make a difference. You will:

  • Be the Single Point of Contact for our customers — respond to inquiries via phone and email, follow requests end-to-end, and ensure clear, proactive communication.
  • Coordinate deliveries and installations of our “need-explaining” products (like toll and refund solutions) — planning, monitoring, and adjusting timelines together with internal teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy by entering and maintaining information in SAP and MS Dynamics, keeping customer data clean and reliable.
  • Solve problems, not just close tickets — investigate complex requests, handle escalations, and find smart solutions that build customer trust.
  • Work with integrity and structure, following policies, confidentiality standards, and our customer-first mindset.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to deliver seamless, high-quality service.

We’re looking for someone who combines empathy, curiosity, and a structured way of working — someone who sees every interaction as an opportunity to make things better.

You bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain (B2B is a big plus).
  • Fluency in German (C1) and strong English for international collaboration.
  • Any other languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP or MS Dynamics (big plus) and solid MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and composure in tense situations.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and genuine joy in turning a “difficult client” into a satisfied customer.
  • Team spirit and a desire to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
