Join a leading construction company specializing in large-scale energy infrastructure projects as a Cost Estimation Specialist. We are expanding our cost estimation division and looking for a talented individual to support our road and building sector projects.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, offers, and budgets that align with investor requirements.
• Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competence and reliability.
• Review and verify project documentation for technological, financial, and optimization aspects in collaboration with designers and site managers.
• Prepare pricing for construction works based on tender documentation and project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, the Investor, the Project Department, and the Implementation Department.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in civil engineering, preferably in road or building construction.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting project documentation.
• Upper-intermediate level English proficiency (B2).
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and a valid Category B driving license.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Project) and CAD tools.
• Knowledge of material and service prices in the construction and renewable energy sectors.
• Familiarity with construction processes and regulations in Romania is advantageous.
