You oversee the entire change process of wiring systems and wiring harness-specific components. Exciting project work for a customer in the premium segment and regular professional exchange are part of your daily tasks.

Your tasks:

• You control and track product changes for wiring harness sets from start to implementation;
• You coordinate the changes in accordance with the project team taking the deadline into account;
• You clarify with the involved project team the time and timing of use the vehicle assembly;
• In the event of a delay in the timing, you also take over the timely escalation to the project manager;
• You are also responsible for the reporting of change management and the required KPI’s;
• You supervise the change management process throughout the entire development and series process.

Your profile

• You have a technical degree such as electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or electrical system development; alternatively, you have further training as a master / technician (m/f/d) with corresponding professional experience;
• Cars are your passion and you are also interested in the technical background and technical development;
• Common MS Office programs and communication in English are not a problem for you;
• You are willing to make occasional business trips;
• Openness, flexibility, assertiveness and good ideas round off your profile;
• Experience in automotive industry, mainly KSK harnesses is a great plus.
