Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through various channels such as online, phone, and email.
• Qualify leads and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads.
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update CRM databases, and prepare reports in Excel.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams.
• Support team leaders and account managers in achieving sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Our Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing roles and a keen interest in the IT industry.
• Intermediate skills in Excel for creating tables and basic reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Motivation and initiative-driven attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to achieving goals.
• Proficiency in Romanian, English, and Hungarian/Czech/Polish.
