Banqueting Manager , Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center

Oversee daily operations of all events, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Manage food, beverage, and other costs while maintaining Pullman brand standards.
Lead your team to deliver premium event quality and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain strong connections with event organizers and participants, ensuring continuous information flow and feedback.

We are looking for someone who is hospitable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to make guests feel welcome. Previous experience in a similar role within an internationally branded hotel is required. You should be able to quickly respond to customer feedback and have a high focus on quality. Proficiency in English and MS Office is mandatory, and knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering is a plus.
