Job description:
- To request, verify and provide information to clients about transport issues;
- To maintain permanent contact with the other departments in order to find solutions that meet the needs of the clients;
- To understand the requirements of the clients and to agree suitable solutions;
- To respect all policies and procedures of the department/company;
- To regularly provide customers with updated information about their shipments, respecting the agreed deadlines and using the most appropriate communication channels;
- To provide clients with complete, professional and timely answers;
- The activities are specific to the Frontline section.
Requirements:
- The role is available on a one-year fixed- term contract
- Customer orientation, integrity, team spirit;
- Written and verbal communication skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Preferably completed secondary education (Baccalaureate Diploma);
- English language - preferably advanced level;
- Knowledge of PC operation and MS Office package;
- Availability to work in shifts.
