Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Execute vendor and employee payments through the banking system.
• Review and reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Maintain communication with the company’s external accountant.
• Update and maintain financial files and records.
• Prepare financial and analytical reports to aid management decisions.

Requirements / Skills:

• Experience with SAGA accounting software.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• High level of accuracy and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
