Join Unfrosen.com, Europe's pioneering private B2B marketplace for excess stock, and become a key player in empowering local entrepreneurs with access to international brands. As an Account Manager for the Italian market, you'll be instrumental in supporting merchants as they join our platform and maximize its benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and qualify leads on the Unfrosen platform.
• Manage the entire account process from onboarding to payment and delivery monitoring.
• Collaborate with Supply and Operations to ensure client satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Exceed operational KPIs, maintaining organized records in our CRM.
• Collect customer feedback to enhance our platform and offerings.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or account management, preferably in e-commerce or startups.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
