Responsibilities:
Verify timely resolution of customer warranty complains pushes and follow-up warranty
- Overview of the incidents ensuring that reactivity is met in accordance with Group Standard GSI-RD-H
- Overview of the costs related to warranty complains;
- Performs first analysis with Quality/ laboratory & Technical functions from the manufacturing site or at Customer Part Recall Centres in order to ensure a first analysis of the warranty according to standard “1stlevel Analysis Checklist” , the focus should be on a visual inspection and the relevant functions. Tests should be carried out at normal conditions;
- Informs R& D and forwards evidences and issues reports as required to facilitate good information flow;
- Contacts the supplier/s if warranty claim is related to purchased components;
- In case of problematic supplier performs audits/ visits to supplier;
- Ensure 5S in the warranty areas;
- Ensure respect of the health & safety & environmental requirements in the quarantine areas;

Manage, consolidate and update the following key indicators on a site level:
Reactivity in problem solving QR (Quick Response) including containment for customer protection within 24 hours; PD (Plan, Do) within 5 days; LLCs release and CA (Check, Act) within 30 days.


Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive business
- 4 years in Quality
- Engineering degree
- Advanced English
