Checks and validates the warranty claims sent by the dealers both from an administrative and technical perspective, remaining in contact with the other divisions of the company, in order to improve the control methods, rules and procedures;
Assesses the pending warranty claims according to regulations & repairing procedures, contributing to improving the filtering and proofing process;
Accepts and verifies the eligibility of inquiries from dealers within given deadlines, following-up the dealer’s warranty labor rates, expenses;
Responsible for detecting the recurrent over invoicing practices, alerting the local or Central Warranty Department.
The ideal candidate:
Thorough knowledge of all the aspects of the modern vehicle systems and repairing processes;
Basic knowledge of invoicing procedures;
Good communication skills and fluent in English Language (spoken and written communications);
Automotive engineering degree and/or experience within automotive after sales.
