  • Acquisition of new company clients for all VISIONAPARTMENTS & Global Partners
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales target
  • Seek out new customers, global company accounts and sales opportunities to build up the company growth and its revenue
  • To maintain the company’s existing relationships with most important customers and group of client, that they will continue using the company for business by binding them with framework contracts
  • Managing & actively improving existing product and processes
  • Visit of fairs and sales events (off-site) world wide
  • Survey, review as well as evaluate market trends, competition, customer needs
  • Appointments / Viewing with prospects and companies
  • Team-Leader of a small Local Team
  • Recruiting and Coaching of new employees for the Team
  • Reporting to the Country Sales-Director/Business Development Manager



Position requirements

Formal education and certification (degree):   

Completed vocational training Degree in Hospitality Management                                                                                

Certificate/Expertise in Sales Management                                                                            

Certificate/Expertise in Customer Relationship Management Good educational                                                                                    background  

Diploma / Certificate in Languages

Knowledge and experience:                              

  Sales experience, knowledge of the local market

Language requirements (A1-C2):                     

 Fluent English (business level), other languages would be beneficial                                                                                                         (French/German)

Technical skills:                                                     

Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook), VMS tool /                                                                                     CRM Systems

Working environment                                 

Office / out of office, proactive job, internal and external

appointments, visit of company clients; attendance on fairs / networking events / customer events

Working conditions                                     

 PC, Laptop, Mobile Phone


Daily tasks

  • Set appointments with new company clients and bring new leads per month
  • Set meetings per month
  • Set appointments with existing key accounts / existing company clients
  • Analysis of revenue
  • Report of current situation
  • Follow up of current prospects / clients (appointments / meetings)
  • Attending client invitations and networking events
  • Controlling invoices for global bookings
  • Organizing client gifts
  • Customer care (mail; phone calls; meetings)
  • Controlling and Support of the Local-Team
  • Organize recruiting processes. Generates 10(ten) CVs weekly
  • Reporting to the Country Sales-Director
  • This is not a remote job


Weekly tasks

  • Attend meeting with new company clients
  • Site inspections (applicable in VA locations)
  • Presentations
  • Attend meeting with existing key accounts / existing company clients
  • Maximize sales growth on the partner level
  • Follow up on decreasing revenue / overview trends
  • Binding a stronger relation of existing A-Clients for global location
  • Organizing client sales activities such as sales trips & promotion
  • Report Activities to Global Sales Leader
  • Attend Sales meetings via Wework / Skype, Webex, MS Teams, Google Meets, Zoom
  • Organizing motivational schemes or gifts for the team

  • Finding new cooperation & leads
  • Coming up with new event ideas
  • Supporting fairs where VISIONAPARTMENTS will be represented
  • Attending trainings and providing feedback to the team
  • Finding new portals to increase sales
  • Coordination of your own replacement when on holidays
  • Organization and attendance on clients event and fairs
  • Attend sales meetings with other key account Managers quarterly
