EM-SA LTD is e-commerce company selling physical products on the Romanian market.
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, viber, facebook messenger etc.)
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Prepare and send orders, received from our e-commerce websites.
Check inventory control.
Have parcel picked up by shipping company.
Send parcels through Posta Romana
Give reports about send and not send orders.
Managing social media accounts
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
We are looking for person with
Excellent English and Romanian language.
High school diploma.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and other similar software.
Outstanding communication abilities.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Adobe Photoshop skills
Social Media Optimization skills
Dynamic and interesting job
6 hours working day
Work at home (only for Bucharest)
