EM-SA LTD is e-commerce company selling physical products on the Romanian market.

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Job Description

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, viber, facebook messenger etc.)
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
  • Prepare and send orders, received from our e-commerce websites.
  • Check inventory control.
  • Have parcel picked up by shipping company.
  • Send parcels through Posta Romana
  • Give reports about send and not send orders.
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

We are looking for person with

  • Excellent English and Romanian language.
  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and other similar software.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
