Summary:The VAD Business Operations Specialist provides business and operational support to the ECEMEA VAD Director and VAD Managers team. This includes contracts management for the 20+ distinct VADs & 50+ legal entities set up on various Oracle Stripes, forecasting, planning, tracking, analysis, reporting, liaising with corporate operation teams like Partner Transaction Center (PTC), Order Management, as well as ensuring that an appropriate alignment is in place with the Partner Business Center team to support and manage the VAD as the liaison and the point of contact for cross-functional interdependencies and business the governance of the VAD team, working closely with the regional & divisional Finance and Credit & Collections :Reports to the EMEA A&C Central Operations Director Works within the ECEMEA VAD Sales organization & supports a remote team across multiple countriesManaging (setting up & renewals) of VAD Contracts / Addendums / DDs etc for the 23 distinct ECEMEA VADs who have 50+ legal entities set up for transactions Works closely with the Credits & Collections team to manage the VAD credit linesWorks closely with the PTC and order management team to ensure orders readiness, acceptance and bookingWorks with other WW A&C Global teams and with OPN (Partner Business Centre) teams as neededRESPONSIBILITIES:Manages execution of the day-to-day business operations including:VAD Contracts Management & RenewalsMonitor VAD Credit Status & WHT related issuesEscalation management of business issues, especially during Quarter , Stripe clarifications, Credit Line mgmt. across stripes OPN Readiness ; Tracks & Manages VAD contracts, related addendums etcSupports VAD team in managing VAD RFI processEnsures that the VAD processes are documented and updated
QUALIFICATIONS:Business Requirements:Good business awareness, specifically in the A&C (partner) and/or VAD business Good understanding of Sales/A&C/VAD operational requirements including tools, systems, and dashboards Good knowledge of project management, multi-tasking and problem solving skills with experience of rolling out sales programsKnowledge of Oracle policies and proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience of working across business units and collaborating across EMEAMinimum 3-5 years experience in similar & Competencies:Strong Computer Skills (MS Office,  medium knowledge of MS Excel)Demonstrates commitment to excellent service in day-to-day operations.
